Development
Cloudshine
will acquire and develop properties for eventual production as motion
picture, theater, television, or home video distribution. These activities
include:
- Scouting
and identification of property sources in book and magazine publishing
as well as newspapers and magazines including published and as yet unpublished
works.
- The generation
of original story concepts from within the company (currently Mr. Bonime)
that can be produced and distributed through the channels named above,
but also published as books, newspaper and magazine articles.
- The development
of all properties including hiring and directing screenwriters to develop
screenplays and other presentation materials, but not to produce the
actual films and programs.
- The marketing
of the properties to producers, distributors and/or financing sources
for production and distribution of completed photoplays (actual film
or videotape production) or stage play production
