Cloudshine forms joint venture with Mount Film Company

Cloudshine LLC has formed a joint venture for the development and production of feature films with Thom Mount's Mount Film Company. Mount, who was president of Universal Pictures is the producer of films Bull Durham, Tequila Sunrise, Natural Born Killers, Frantic, and the upcoming Papa. Mount specializes in international film finance and has relationships with the Bank of Ireland, and various sales and finance entities.
